How do I get my index.html file out of my image folder so it can set alone?

I'm in stuck on front end web-development -video Include External Css I'm not getting my web page when clicking the view eye. It showing css/ then img/ no web page. I think this is do because my index.html file is in my image folder and I can't get it out. It suppose to set alone outside of the css folder and img. Can somebody help get unstuck?

I'm assuming this is in a Workspace. You can just drag the index.html file into the main directory (click on the file name and drag it outside of the other files/folders).

I can't drag it out of the image folder it want stay on the black space. This is in workspaces and my web page is gone. I'm seeing Index of / css
