How do I get my money back?

I started the free trial and even though I cancelled before the two weeks were over, they won't answer my mails or refund me...

Arkadi,

I'm sorry to hear you've been having problems. I'm sure something my have just been lost in communication. Which email address have you been emailing? Try help@teamtreehouse.com and just know sometimes it can take 2-3 days... but they should get back to you and resolve everything.
