How do I get my website's url? I'm not using workspaces. I'm using Textmate. I need the url to test my website

I'm trying to enter my website's URL on Browserstack. But since i follow along using TextMate, I have no idea how. Please help. Thanks

Hey Joey,

If the site is stored on your computer, then you need to use Local Testing with BrowserStack. Here is their help documentation: http://www.browserstack.com/local-testing

In order to get a URL that BrowserStack can access, then you'll need to upload your site to a host of some variety. That's one reason why WorkSpaces are nice, because you get a URL.

Do you have your index.html saved in your directory? Once you do just make sure you are accessing it from the correct folder/location in your FTP. Some FTP's allow you to right click the index.html and copy the HTTP path others don't. I hope this was helpful.
