If you are working locally on your computer open your browser click file then open and navigate to where you have your index.html and open the file.

You should be able to see an Eyeball Icon in the top right corner of your workspace. Clicking this will open your project in a smaller window.

It won't be a website exactly (like www.example.com) until you upload your files on a server to share with others. It will show you what it would look like after uploading, though.
