How do I handle Selenium when it executes too fast to properly create the list items for each name?

For the "A Fork in the XPath" video in the Quality Assurance course, when I execute the command in the terminal to submit each name in the provided array in the form, it goes so fast that it sometimes has two names in one list item.

Is there a method to have the execution go a little slower? I tried async await and importing selenium.until to help but it did nothing to slow it down.
