how do I launch the same workspace as my instructor, having the same practice files as his.

Generally, the "Launch Workspace" button in the lower right of the video will open a workspace that has the same content as the instructor at the beginning of the video. If you follow along and perform the same steps as the instructor you should be able to keep your files in sync.

Sometimes, videos will share a workspace, and in that case you need to have followed the steps in the previous video to be in sync at the beginning of the current one.
