How do I make the element green?

I listen to the video tat was posted on the tree house web page but I didn't get it

Hi Naudia!

To make an element green you will need to use the following syntax and place it in your .css file.

element-name {
    property: value;
}

For example, if you wanted to set the paragraph text to red then you would do the following.

p {
    color: red;
}
