How do I navigate through a course?

I was watching one of the videos as I proceeded through the course. I clicked on My Account to check something. When I tried to return instead of returning to where I left off I was taken back approx 1.5hrs from where I was. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Hi Kenneth.

If you found you logged out of the course page you can search for the course you were on in the Treehouse Course Library. Once there you'll find a list of all the sections, videos, challenges and quizes in the course. The ones you have completed will have a tick next to them.

Further more in each individual video/quiz etc has a helpful row of circles for each part of a stage so you can navigate to any one of them you like.

Thanks Jonathan. I held off for an hour prior to posting this to see if I could figure it out on my own. As soon as I posted I saw what I was doing wrong. I had a choice of 2 sections and I kept clicking the first choice. (Hits self on head). Thanks again.
