how do I preview a website

Hello, I just started my first track with Treehouse and I am not able to figure out how to preview my website. Is it possible to do this without a domain name and/or hosting? Because I want to continue for the moment without those extra purchases.. I tried dragging it in the browser like they do in the videos and by clicking the index.html and opening it in chrome until now.

I found it! I thought title tag is for the title apparently h1 tag works(beginner mistake). It wasn't a question of all my tags :)) it was "the tag". Thanks!

Hi Daniel. Are you getting an error message or a blank browser screen?

blank browser screen with the directory of the folder at the link section

When I've gotten a blank screen in the past it was because I didn't close the <head> tags properly. I haven't gotten the folder directory in the browser before. Have you double checked all your tags?

No problem. I'm glad you got it working! In the past it was the head tag for me that I didn't close properly. Good luck on your first track. I'm on my first one too.

Cool! Good luck to you too!
