how do i put my coding in a question?

i saw other's questions were they copied their coding and put it inside a question.

just above the post comment button look for "Markdown cheatsheet" if you click on that it will tell you how to enter code into a question properly.

At the bottom of every text area this is a Markdown Cheatsheet link. If you click that, a modal pops up that explains how to format different things, including code in your questions.
