How Do I Put My Score Onto Another Scene In Sprite Kit?

I would like to know how to put my SKLabelNode number onto my Menu screen of my game.

You can save your score when the game is over into NSUserDefaults under a specific key.

On the other screen first test to see if the score key exists in NSUserDefaults, if it doesn't just set / display 0 and if it exists, display it...
