How do I read the full description of a track?

I'm on a track but I'm thinking of switching. I'm seeing some tracks that I'm interested in, but I can't seem to read the full description on the tracks page. If I click on them it will switch me from my original track course, and I don't want that. How can I read a simple description?

Having personally jumped around from track to track quite a few times, I can assure you that you won't lose your progress in any track you leave and that you can jump back any time you want.
