How do I select Constraint Layout text like in the video when he changes it? (4:02)

It doesn't automatically select it for me. In the video both the start and end text gets selected and when he types they both change.

I think you are asking how you can select the suggested text that appears when he begins to type "RelativeLayout." You can select it using your mouse or use the down arrow to highlight it and the Enter key to select it.
