How do I start a new console?

I just want to know how to get the console to start again. So the new line starts with treehouse:~/workspace$

If you've already closed the console pane (or once you do) the "View" drop-down menu at the top of the workspace will contain a "Show Console" item.

Select that and you'll get a fresh console pane with the familiar prompt line.

If you are in the console and you just want to clear your screen, hit Ctrl + L or type the word clear.
