CSS How to Make a Website Customizing Colors and Fonts Write Hexadecimal Colors

How do I style paragraph elements to black?

I am stuck on how to get the paragraph elements to switch to black. I am using the correct hexadecimal value, but I don't think I am using the correct line item in CSS.

css/main.css
a {
  text-decoration: none;
}

#wrapper {
  max-width: 940px;
  margin: 0 auto;
}

#logo {
  text-align: center;
  margin: 0;
}

h1, h2 {
  color: #fff;
}

body {
  color: #000000;
}

You need to use p tag, like this

p {
color: black;
}

you can use word "black" or hexadecimal value #000000. You can also use rub value in css...

Ah, thank you. I over-thought it and tried to combine html.

I appreciate your help!
