How do I write my name in the <h1> tag

The question asked me to write my name in an HTML tag. Is the following correct?

<h1 "Deandre">

<h1 "DeAndre">

In html the most of the tags have an opening and closing tag, and what you want to make appear on the page you write between the tags.
