Python Python Basics All Together Now Branch and Loop

How do the challenges of becoming a front end developer compare to becoming a backend Python developer?

How will the challenges I face with becoming a front end developer, for a first software developer job, compare with becoming a backend Python developer?

I really like Python and Python seems to match my career goals best but I'm being encouraged to also consider front end because it's an easier path for a first job as developer. What things should I consider?

The value of a job doing what you enjoy goes far beyond the numbers on the paycheck. Go for what you really want.

But that said, any additional skills you have the energy to learn can only make you more valuable to a potential employer. And if you're going to be a server developer, learning at least the basics of front-end development will be very helpful to your back-end work.

The challenges of finding a job will vary vary greatly with your location, you'll need to look at the local openings and their requirements.
