How do we put our scripts into .exe file?

Hello everyone , the question is simple I think dont wanna make you busier with writing paragraphs here.The aim on this question is I want someone who don't have notepad++ or something else on his computer to run my numbergame and be able to play.

try something like py2exe. http://www.py2exe.org/
