If you mean you'd like full access to the site (i.e. downloading videos) BEFORE the trial period is up, you just have to send Treehouse Support an email requesting your 'trial period' to end and to be put on normal membership.

If you mean continuing AFTER the trial period is over, you don't have to do anything, you account will be billed for the next month and everything continues as normal.
