I would advise u to go over the videos again as you are just asking the basic of basic things and if u can not follow now u definitely wont be able to follow later on. A good thing would be to write stuff down that u learn in the videos.

As a tip to the objective, u just need to add the opening and closing tags of the header, section and footer element inside the body tags.
