How do you add comments to your HTML source

How do you add comments to your HTML source. I found "<!-- Write your comments here -->" but it did not work my index.html file in Workspace. Any advice. TIA

Hi Justine,

The ctrl+/ command worked great. I like it as a shortcut key sequence.

Thanks a lot.

Hello Gary. That looks like the correct way to do it. However, just to be sure, select the items you want to comment out and press cmd+/ on your Mac or ctrl+/ on your PC to comment it out automatically.

Let me know if it works.

You are welcome, Gary!
