How do you adda value that you previously deleted if you can't nest array functions?

using the shift and push functions

I'm not sure I understand your question, but I have a hint for passing the challenge:

The challenge asks you to remove the first value and put it into a new variable named shipping. It's only expecting shipping to be a simple string, not another array.

Also, you have a stray semicolon (;) inside your push statement - but then you won't be needing that push anyway.
