12,964 PointsHow do you ask a specific person to answer your question?
When you ask a question suggestions come up of people who might be able to answer your question. But when you want to ask a specific person to answer your question and they don't come up is there a way to ask them to answer? :) Thanks

A pop-up should appear with candidate user names and when you see the correct one, click it and their name will replace your typing. Then when you submit the question it should also send them a notification.
I find I get the best results if I type the name very slowly after the @ symbol to give the system time to update the pop-up.
