How do you change your billing info to pay on a different card?

Anyone know how?

  1. Navigate to Account Settings. The gear icon on left panel.
  2. Tap on Enrollment on the right nav
  3. Within the Enrollment page, below Basic and Pro box there is a hyper link " You can update your payment information . " Click on it please.

I am having trouble adding any payment method to my account. Yes, my cards are valid (per the bank( and I have an active PayPal account. I get error messages when I try to add updated info. Any advice?

I just switched my billing to my American Express card but it was denied. Within 10 seconds I was getting a call from American Express and an email asking if the recent billing attempt from Team Treehouse was fraudulent. I said it wasn't, and then was able to add my American Express card to my account.

I'm not really sure what would have been suspicious about that transaction. :/ Maybe someone was too lazy to cancel their membership and keeps telling Amex to cancel the charges.

it's better you write to them. They respond quickly. I had the same issue. In my case, the CC was not billed, because the Bank was thinking it as fraudulent activity. I then checked it legitimate and now it is working fine.
