How do you get the cursor to go back up one line like at 2:00 on the video

How do you get the cursor to go back up one line in a workspace?

1 Answer

If you press Home on your keyboard, the cursor goes to the beginning of the line. If you press End, the cursor goes to the end of the line. If you press Page Up, the cursor goes to the beginning of the first line. If you press Page Down, the cursor goes to the end of the document.

Unless you want to know how to move up just one line. That's just the up arrow.

I tried that. I see under edit it says ctrl+shift+arrow key but that's not working for me. unless its my operating system. I'm running Linux mint 17. I have Windows 7 running in virtualBox but it does not work there either. I guess I could fire up the Mac mini and see if it works in there.
