How do you make a word bold with CSS?

I am trying to make a word bold and I can't seem to do it.

you can use the font-weight attribute

font-weight: bold;

see the mozilla documentation on font-weight for more information

also note that the task states: Create a child selector to target the anchor element that is a direct child of the div. Set its color to green and font weight to bold.

it seems that you need to target the anchor inside a div, not the the class main
