How do you make that second gradients slider to appear?

In the clip there are three sliders for the gradient. I only have two here for some reason.

If you click in the gradient slider portion of the gradient palette, you'll automatically add another gradient stop. You can then drag the gradient stop, change the color of the stop, change the opacity of the stop, or remove the stop entirely.
