How do you put section tags between the header and the footer?

I put the section tags between the header and the footer. It keeps giving me an error.

For some reason you have created extra tags:

<header>
    <ul></ul>
    <h1></h1>
    <p></p>
  </header>

Instead place the header tags around the ul, h1, p provided:
