how do you select and comment out a whole section like that?

i know it was briefly discussed in other videos but i was curios again how you made the selection of the first two lines of code and commented them out quickly like that. Thanks!

If you look at bottom of the Edit menu in a workspace the keyboard shortcuts are:

Ctrl+/ for Toggle Line Comment

Ctrl+Shift+/ for Toggle Block Comment
