How does a life look in a front-end web developer day?

So I'm wondering how does a life look for a front-end web developer?

So I was just wondering, how does a process of creating a site looks like.

So far this is how it looks here.

I create a new folder, and as soon as I do that, I make git repository. Then, when doing the site, I think how I'm going to do it, e.g. use something like SMACSS, BEM, OOCSS, ATOM, how Will i name it etc..

Then, I prepare Sass. Now I'm learning Compass, so I believe I wll be using COmpass(becaue everyone do, right).

So after the site is done, I start adding JS.

Anything more?

I want to know everything that there is to back-end. ANd by JS, I mean very very simple stuff for web.

And anywas, think It will be good to learn more back-end, laravel and so? I have experience with back-end before, and I sort of remember it a lot more than JS.

As well as with back-end id be more independent right, then I can go and specialise more in JS.

WHat do you think?

WHat do I even need to know?

What about freelance and getting a job?

Say a front-end developer.

Hi Aurelian! As this question does not specifically relate to JavaScript or course material within the JavaScript tracks, I will be moving it to the General Discussion boards for further discussion :sparkles:

Hey Aurelian,

You'll get better bang-for-your-buck with a simple Google search for this type of open-ended question. Here's a list of links that should more than give you enough insight into a typical day in the life of a front-end developer.

But thanks! :)
