The following if-statement: if (1 != 1) What exactly is happening? 1 is always equal to 1, so how could the statement return 'False'?

Do you know what != means? it means NOT EQUAL TO. So basically its saying if 1 is NOT EQUAL to 1 , it'll state it true, otherwise it goes the opposite.
