How does he reload the console that displays the random numbers? I'm using a windows 10 computer.

the answer would be Ctrl+ shift +R. after many months I discover the answer myself. It kind of defeats the purpose of community.

Pressing up doesn't regenerate a new set of random numbers in the console. Does he mean refresh the webpage? At 4:09 in the video
