how is this code not valid I'm just creating a variable but not assigning anything to it...... var timeRemaining;

seems that this happens every time in the coding parts of the quizzes but not when I'm practicing it

Hi, I had another go at the quiz to check and your answer should work fine for the quiz make sure that your spelling everything right. Hope this helps.
