How is this course different than the components of Design Foundations by Matt Helme?

He also talks about the same categories, so I'm not sure if I should take this course too since I already did the full course on Design Foundations. Do you recommend it still, does it have any new insights that his course didn't cover or is this a shorter version of the same topic?

This course is much shorter than "Design Foundations" (about 1/4 the length), so I'd guess it might be part of a planned replacement that will eventually include a few more courses. So if I'm right, it would only cover part of the same material, but what it does cover could be updated.

Since the whole thing is only estimated at 35 minutes, I suggest starting it, and after a video or two you should get a sense of whether there's enough new material in it to make it worth completing.
