How long till I out of google sandbox

Hi I just started my site (new domain) about 2 weeks ago and I'm not ranking at all though I am indexed by google so I was wondering whether I'm in the sandbox and if so how long will it take

Hope that points you in the right direction. I had a little site I made on Wix and after 6 months it wasn't listed. So I went and listed it, by going here when I was signed into Google: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url

I don't believe you can get that URL to show up unless you're logged in.
