Hello Ashmit When I started last year python, i thought in 6 months i will master in this language even I am new in programming, now i know that you never learn all, there is always something to learn even in python, eventually we became a life learners, I know your question is about job ready programming level. My believe it's that you are job ready when you can build the required or desired application, website, software, whatever your programming orientation, you can build it with confidence and positive attitude, specially if it became your hobby, so this how much it will take? this depends on each individual and time.
