Treehouse has a lot of JavaScript courses planned, including intro courses for Ember.js, AngularJS and Node.js not sure on CoffeeScript.

Treehouse does have a blog post to get you started The Absolute Beginner’s Guide to CoffeeScript.

There's also the CoffeeScript Course from the good people at CodeSchool.
