Maybe you should improve your English skills. Like instead of "How possible?", maybe try "How is this possible?". Just a suggestion. "How possible" is a sentence fragment because the phrase lacks a predicate. To correct this you could add a linking verb. This verb states a state of being. The linking verb will convey a subject compliment to modify the subject, but there is no clear subject present. To fix this you should add a noun to the sentence. A noun in a person, place, or thing. This noun will act as your subject in the sentence. Now that we have a subject and a compliment, let's find out how they work together. The subject is now modified by the compliment. Stating how this(noun), is possible(compliment.) Congratulations! Have fun creating fluent sentences.

Yes, his question's sentence structure does bothers me a little. Maybe he's not a native speaker.
