This is an off-topic question for me because I'm taking front end development, but I'm still curious:
Would it be possible for someone who has learned to program apps to have a different ring tone for "whitelist" (like friends, work contacts, and family) vs "greylist" (default ring) vs "blacklist" (no ring at all)? Would such an app be beyond a typical user's permissions?
