how should I use dictionary with this strings?

Hi, guys! I have a problem in this step, actually I can't understand how should I use this dict[String:String] ? How it works? I tried to initialize in many ways, but always wrong, I think there was not enough info about "init?"

optionals.swift
struct Book {
    let title: String
    let author: String
    let price: String?
    let pubDate: String?

    init? (dict: [String : String]) {

    }
}
