How so I put anchor elements side by side without using float and can you give me the properties and values.

But I assume this is for navigation?

Display: inline-block; //this will show side by side

By default two consecutive anchor tags will align to the left of each other unless you have each one wrapped in another tag. Example: <a href="#">Tag 1</a> <a href="#">Tag 2</a> //These tag will be next to each other <div><a href="#">Tag 1</a></div> <div><a href="#">Tag 2</a></div> //These tags will stack on top of each other
