how stop iterating in loop

not sure how to stop the iteration process.

continents.py 
continents = [
    'Asia',
    'South America',
    'North America',
    'Africa',
    'Europe',
    'Antarctica',
    'Australia',
]
# Your code here
print("continents")
for countries in continents:
    print("*  {}".format(continents[0]))
    print("*  {}".format(continents[1]))

You'll only need one "print" statement. But you don't need to index into "continents", since the loop has already extracted the current item as "countries".
