how to add # and lastname to a .toUpperCase?

how do I add a # and the lastname in .toUppercase sting to th efinal value of username

The challenge ask you to convert id to uppercase, if that is your question then

var userName = id.toUpperCase();

So you are doing challenge 2/2 and it should be done like the following

var userName = id.toUpperCase()+"#"+lastName.toUpperCase();
