How to add News on a website

Hello, I want to add "Latest news" on a home page of a website and I wonder what's the best way to do it, and what skills does it require?

Hi, well, you can either do it by upgrading with HTML . The best is to have a content management system or something like thath.

Well, go into Wordpress stuff and PHP maybe, at least thats what im doing. I didi simple stuff like that but im still learning and i find it hard . YOu can do it also with Ruby on Rails but i hear its recommended to start with PHP .

You ned a server side langauge like PHP or Ruby on Rails. JavaScript, is the design, the front end. YOu probably could use some node.js whatever.. im not into JS yet.
