How to build a Blogging Website?

Hello everyone out there. I'd like to build an E commerce Blogging website where customers can hold there own account uploading videos and comments. I'm not sure what languages I need to learn to build the site or if SQL Server 2017 is the best Database Management System to use in the back end.

The easiest way to create a blogging website is probably by using WordPress. It's a content management system designed spcifically with blogging in mind.

And the default database for WordPress is MySQL.
