i need to now what to learn and what are the programs to make game on android

If you are new to programming don't worry yourself too much about what you need to learn, this may sound silly but just learn everything!!
Every application, games included take advantage of so many procedures that it is impossible to learn one topic and be able to make a game. You will need to learn about data types, classes (and everything that accompanies that such as inheritance for example) methods, arrays etc etc the list goes on.
Don't get disheartened if this wasn't the answer you were looking for, treehouse has a great android track that can walk you through everything I just mentioned and although it doesn't have a dedicated game design course yet, it may have in the future and you will need to know in depth the basics before attempting something a little more complex such as a game.
