How to build a two way marketplace?

Hi i'm looking to build a website which allows people to find cleaners in their area. So a marketplace for those seeking cleaners. Which requires both customers and suppliers to work. I'm looking for advice on how i can use Treehouse to help give me the knowledge to build something like this.

Where would i start?

I don't know for sure, but I'm pretty sure the web development would be a good start. Begin with the HTML and CSS ones, then progress to PHP, RUBY, JAVASCRIPT and JQUERY.
