How to build to test on device

I don't see any lesson coverage on how to build the app to be tested on the actual device using Xcode, this is new to me, so I am asking if it can be presented in a step by step basis from creating the build file to uploading onto the device.

Deployment is covered in Build a Simple iPhone App with Swift

You will need a developer license, but Pasan does explain this in detail.

To put your app on your iPhone, you will need an iPhone licence , and then, you can get it on your mobile . To use swift , you will need to buy a developer licence just to develop in it . It cost 99 dollars in USA, 60 pounds in Uk and equivalent price in other countries.
