How to check the necessary files for the website.

Hi,

I have made a bootstrap website. I have placed it on a existing server with the same structure. (for example an css directory). I have changed some custom files. It is an CentOS server with Plesk.

For me it isn't anymore possible to check / see which files are necessary for the website or not, and which files are part of the old website. Is there software to check which files are necessary and used and which files not ?
