How to check version of #Ruby dev kit installed in my Windows?

Ruby dev kit installed in my Windows 7 but I want to know version number of it. Can you help?

Jitendra Vyas, can you get into irb? If so, just type RUBY_VERSION. That should tell you the version number.

I'm not talking about Ruby version. I'm asking to know Ruby Dev kit version.
